Krönung Real Estate Investment is a fully integrated investment firm that covers the entire life-cycle of an investment. Krönung Real Estate Investment offers the full range of services in real estate investment in advisory acquisitions and disposal/sale. Our clients include semi-institutional investors (private investors and family offices) as well as institutional investors "Funds, Insurance Companies, Pensionfunds". The company’s key market is Germany. Additional activities focus on other European countries such as Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary as well as Benelux-States (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg).

Corporate Philosophy
As an Investment Firm, we demonstrate a high degree of entrepreneurial creativity and flexibility that is reflected in the development of our investment products. While in the early stages, the company focused primarily on residential real estate, later investment focus moved towards office real estate and retail properties as well as logistics and hotel.
